Wildflowers in Colorado!

There are still a few of these beauties lining our county roads and scenic byways, but they won’t last much longer now that the snow is threatening. The end of their life is when you can harvest their seeds, but hold off planting them until early spring (or as late as midsummer). If you have a lawn in Colorado, please consider letting it die and replacing it with these beauties that require almost no water, and they keep the local bees healthy and happy!
