Just 1.7 miles from SipapuSki area is a hidden gem of a swimming spot in the Rio del Pueblo, which empties into the Rio Grande just south of the Taos Gorge. If you want a little road trip, I can’t recommend this place enough. The ski area has cabins and camping options all summer long, plus a great disc golf course. And you can hike down to the river if you stop at the Taos Gorge bridge.
